information and options to families experiencing a perinatal crisis
through loss, at risk pregnancy or neonatal complications.Learn

Graduate of an accredited nursing programLicensure: Current Ohio RN
LicensureTraining/Experience: - One year experience in
obstetrical/neonatal care delivery preferred. - Knowledge and
understanding of Patient/Parental Rights in the event of perinatal
crisis. Skills/Other: - Excellent listening/communication skills -
Utilization of knowledge in care in the postmortem state. - Possess
coping mechanisms necessary in the presence of death and dying. -
Strong Customer Relations skillsMajor Duties/Responsibilities -
Apply support in the event of perinatal crisis. - Advocate and
provide information/ education to families and staff. - Serve as
public relations spokesperson for the program, hospital and system.
- Plan and facilitate remembrance programs for families who have
experienced perinatal loss. - Facilitate a parent support group
through regularly scheduled meetings. - Awareness and application
of appropriate/effective time management.
