Description:The Senior Accountant is responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles. This role involves collaborating with various departments to support day-to-day financial operations and contribute to the overall financial health of the organization.Duties/Responsibilities:-- Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Record financial transactions and journal entries in accordance with GAAP.-- Assist in the month-end closing process by preparing journal entries, reconciling balance sheet accounts, and participating in financial statement preparation and analysis.-- Generate and analyze financial reports for management review. Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes.-- Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal government requirements.-- Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.About Taylor:Taylor is the Nation's Most Progressive Family-Owned logistics company.
