Job Description:
A company is looking for a Billing Support Specialist to handle
customer billing inquiries and provide support in a remote
setting.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve billing inquiries via email and assist customers with
subscription management issues
Become an expert in the company's billing systems to provide
accurate guidance
Document and escalate complex billing issues to ensure timely
resolution
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience in customer support, preferably in SaaS or
billing-related roles
Basic understanding of billing systems and payment
troubleshooting
Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk)
Ability to work in a metrics-driven team environment
Authorized to work lawfully in the United States
