Job Description:

Adecco has an immediate opening for a customer service position located in Dublin, Ohio. This position is for a local medical device manufacturer. The call center is rapidly expanding and are in need of a second shift Customer Service Position.

Description

Performs basic clerical duties

Maintains neat and orderly work area

Meets all quality, quantity, and good clerical practices

Process orders from Telephone in Oracle based program

Good hand/eye coordination for proofreading order before booking it

Ability to read and write

Qualifications

******Need someone with prior CALL CENTER experience of at least a year******

Oracle based order processing system

Very Clear and pleasant working voice

Ability to problem solve

Catalog searching

Outlook

Patience

Flexible

Multi screen applications

Multitasker – ability to perform under pressure and with some distractions

Experience with Excel

High School Diploma or GED

Must be able to pass background check and drug screen

Shift & Pay:

2nd shift 10:30AM — 7:00PM – Monday – Friday / $13.50 an hour

Will train for at least 3 weeks 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 pm Monday - Friday
