We are looking for HVAC systems -mechanics -who have worked in light commercial and/or heavy commercial markets to join our team to work with the most advanced heavy commercial and industrial -cutting-edge -equipment. -We provide factory certification through our Service Technical Academy (STA) with milestone recognition and monetary rewards and advancement, increased incentive opportunity for executed pull-through work, top of the line technology, equipment, and uniforms and a #1 focus on employee safety. We will equip you with tools and a vehicle to perform your job at the highest standard. -Journeyman must be skilled craftsmen in their trade, and we prefer a minimum of five (5) years actual, practical working experience in the HVAC plumbing, -pipefitting -and/or mechanical equipment service industry. You may -be required -to pass a satisfactory examination as to your special skill. -Provide our customers with the highest level of service to solve building inefficiencies and resolve -service related -items. As a trusted advisor to our -customers -you will provide solutions and outcomes at the time of service -How will you do it -Mechanics -must have practical working experience in light commercial or commercial mechanical equipment. May be -required -to satisfactorily pass an examination to -identify -special skills. Scope of work shall be limited to commercial HVACR service. -Servicemen -may partner with Journeymen in the repair of centrifugal, steam turbines, and absorption machines, open-drive screw chillers and ammonia systems. -Perform maintenance, repair and replacement services on commercial heating and cooling systems. -Provide recommendations and solutions to ensure facility is running efficiently to include upselling opportunities. -Provide quotes to support recommendations and solutions. -What we look for -Required -
  • Five (5) years Commercial and/or industrial, mechanical troubleshooting experience in the HVAC industry. -
  • Ability to commit to a 30-Hour OSHA Certification which is to be done after hours and weekends is -required -upon hire -
  • Computer savvy with good verbal and written communication skills. -
  • Mechanical journeyman statusPreferred -
    • Seven (7) years of Commercial and or industrial work experience in the HVAC industry -
    • Refrigeration Certification preferred -
    • EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification - -
