• Create 3D layouts and data and 2D drawings using CATIA
• Correlate and negotiate with internal and external contacts
• Calculate Cost and weight estimates
• Coach junior associates in their role to improve design productivity and Skill
• Manage the design schedule for a small group of junior designers and contingents
• Ensure that Functional safety standards are achieved
• Conduct necessary research and prepare documents for technical evaluation
• Execute root cause analysis to solve build or market concerns in a timely mannerQualifications, Experience, and Skills
  • Bachelor of Science Mechanical Engineering
  • 3 years
  • CATIA, Effective verbal and written communicationWorkstyle
