Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Testing & Reliability Engineer
to develop and manage testing strategies for product reliability
and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies and
methodologies
Conduct functional and non-functional testing to identify and
resolve product issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing
requirements and specifications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical
Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's
preferred
Proven experience in testing and reliability engineering
Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and
frameworks
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or Shell
scripting
Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and
certifications related to product testing and reliability
