Operations Data Engineer

Job Description:

A company is looking for an Operations Data Engineer to support client onboarding and data management processes.

Key Responsibilities

Extract, transform, and load data from customer systems into the CINC database
Support ad-hoc reporting, data scrubbing, and customer-facing data analysis
Write and maintain Python scripts, VBA scripts, and Excel tools for data manipulation

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Experience in data analysis, database development, or programming preferred
Familiarity with Excel, Access, SQL, Python, and VBA
Experience in tech support or working with offshore teams is a plus
Programming experience is advantageous
