Senior Process Engineer
Dayton, Ohio

This opportunity combines process engineer responsibilities with project manager duties. By coordinating efforts with Process Project Managers and clients, you will perform conceptual and preliminary process systems, and develop process-/project-scope documentation. Your goal will be to continuously complete facility/plant designs within budget and on, or ahead of, schedule. Travel will be required when necessary. To qualify, you should hold a Bachelor of Science or a Master?s degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering; Professional Engineering (PE) registration is preferred. Ten years of engineering design experience is required, preferably, within an industrial facility. Importantly, you must maintain the ability to comprehend all facets of a project including, but not limited to, structural, process and instrumentation diagrams, mechanical, piping, electrical and instrumentation drawings. Additionally, you should be able to perform project management functions, such as scheduling, budget monitoring, specification development and editing. Oversight of the work of other engineers and/or technicians is also expected.
