Job Summary

Utilizing engineering and lean methodologies to perform engineering work at operational sites, analyzing operational bottlenecks, troubleshooting, and designing solutions with speed. This key player will collaborate across many areas of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and own change management of process changes, including changes to formulations, methods, and controls to meet quality standards.
• Identify and recommend improvements, modifications, or additions to document work using statistical methods.
• Review change requirements for compatibility with processing methods to determine costs and schedules.
• Integrate equipment and material capabilities to meet process module target specifications.
• Partner with engineers, site leadership, and the continuous improvement team to provide support in process adherence endeavors.
• Support long-term continuous improvement to implement solutions to various projects, including analysis and statistical methods.
• Develop sequence of operations and prepare operation sheets, with an eye to deploy, including support of the labor management system and warehouse management system.
• Partner with the engineering team and local leadership on the development of SOPs for learning and development.Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related Engineering discipline.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a related role.
