Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Customer Support Engineer to
ensure the stability and efficient operation of customer
information systems.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth operation of
software and systems
Provide mentorship to global support teams and coordinate with
customer IT teams
Design and deploy development systems in on-premises and cloud
environments
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
5 years of experience in IT support or system engineering
Strong experience in Linux RHEL/OEL/CentOS administration
Experience with VMware or other virtualization technologies
University degree in computer science or software engineering, or
equivalent experience
VMware certification and ITIL Foundations certification
