You'll become well trained to cover all aspects of store operations, achieve key performance and financial objectives, as well as directional and performance planning. Be part of it!   • Assists with the management of all aspects of Store operations including customer service, store condition and the selection, training, supervising, and performance management of Store Sales Associates
  • Assists in unloading all merchandise from delivery trucks, organizes merchandise, and transfers merchandise from stockroom to store
  • Collaborates with team members to ensure the store meets or exceeds the established merchandising standards for product quality, presentation and visual marketing/merchandising
  • Keep up with reporting to support sales, earnings, and minimizing shrink
  • Assumes full management responsibility in the absence of the Store ManagerIf this sounds like you, make sure you also meet these requirements:
    • Two (2) or more years of retail management experience
      • Prefer management experience in retail or grocery store environments but not required
      • Physical Requirements: Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs with frequent lifting above shoulder height
      • Schedule Availability: Ability to work flexible, full-time schedule to include days, evenings, weekends and holidays
      • You must be 18 years of age or older
      • High School Diploma / Equivalent
      • Successfully pass our pre-employment checks, including a drug screen and criminal background check
