Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/.Position Summary:The Service and Repair Quality Manager (Energy Service Solutions) is responsible for quality and compliance of the Cincinnati Service Center and its associated processes, as well as accountable for quality oversight of the global service and repair processes for the Energy capital equipment portfolio. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing direct management and people leadership to the service and repair quality team, providing SME quality engineering input for projects related to the service and repair of the associated products in-scope of the Cincinnati Service Center. Additional areas of scope for this role include:

  • Accountability for maintaining quality requirements and procedures in compliance with applicable global and regional regulations.
  • Lead recruiting, training and development of the service and repair quality team in Cincinnati.
  • Partner closely with, and support the Energy Service Solutions organization to align and maintain all locations to consistent quality processes
  • Collaborate with customer quality team and product ownership to support complaint handling and its associated processes.
  • Develop/maintain process monitoring, identification/resolution of issues, and implementation of performance and process improvements.
  • Partner with the global Johnson & Johnson MedTech service and repair community of practice and strategy team to drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide quality input for processes pertaining to service and repair.
  • Development and tracking of monthly performance, and quality metrics as applicable.
  • Review and approval for new product introductions, insuring GMP/GDP for processes and documentation
  • Responsible for executing the shared Medtech processes for Non-Conformance and CAPA (as applicable) for the Cincinnati Service Center.
  • Lead or support service and repair related projects, including projects related to quality and/or cost improvement project.\r\r
