The Director of Creative Marketing will establish the creative vision and direction for UC Health, leading the creative team. This position requires a dynamic, highly organized, and collaborative individual with a passion for multi-channel storytelling, exceptional design, and innovative thinking. The Director of Creative Marketing must have exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and strategies clearly.

• Minimum Required: Bachelor's Degree - Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field
• Master's Degree Preferred
• 6-10 years of equivalent experience is required
• 11-15 years of equivalent experience is preferredREQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

    • Evolves and maintains brand guidelines to ensure a unified brand identity across all touchpoints and channels.
    • Stays current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and cultural shifts to keep the brand's creative output fresh and relevant.
    • Leads the development and execution of creative concepts across all platforms, including digital, print, video, environmental, and experiential media.
    • Oversees the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring all work aligns with brand guidelines and business objectives.
    • Presents and communicates creative ideas and strategies to stakeholders, including senior leadership and clients.
    • Develops and maintains a process to ensure creative is executed with excellence, on time, and on budget.
    • Ensures consistency and quality across all creative outputs, maintaining a high standard of excellence in design and messaging.
