Job Title: Program ManagerLocation: Mason, OH Pay Range: $70-90/hour (6 month contract to hire)
Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering and minimum 7 years of prior relevant experience
• 6 years experience with program planning, earned value management, supply chain, risk management, quality control, production control, and product costing tools
• PMP certified or attainment within 1 year of hire
• Ability to obtain a clearance Job Description: An employer is seeking multiple Program Managers for an opportunity in the Mason, OH area. These program managers will be joining the Space program in order to directs all phases of programs from inception through completion. They will be expected to manage planning, budgeting, scheduling and resource planning as well as the execution phase, customer interactions and tracking spend for complex space system hardware. Prior working knowledge within the federal or government sector is ideal as is a clearance, neither however are required to land the role. Other responsibilities will include: identifying program problems and risks and obtains solutions such as resource allocation and contract specification changes, monitoring and assess performance; identifying problems and institute corrective actions as required, identifying and managing risk and overseeing direction, oversight, and outcome of assigned programs.
