Job Description:
A company is looking for a Business Manager for the Western USA
region, focusing on sales of Functional Silanes in various
industries, particularly Semiconductors.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and cultivate relationships with key accounts in the
Semiconductor industry
Meet or exceed sales forecasts while managing existing customer
bases and developing new accounts
Collaborate with internal teams and distributors to introduce new
products and ensure growth strategies are implemented
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry is required
(M.S. or higher preferred)
Minimum of eight years of sales experience in Silanes across
relevant industries
Ability to sell in diverse situations to industry leaders and
regional distributors
Comprehensive knowledge of Silane product technologies and
applications
High level of organizational skills to manage multiple activities
effectively
