  • Cultivate strong relationships with an established portfolio of clients, directly contributing to the success of their organizations.
  • Lead complex tax engagements across multiple industries.
  • Manage staff workflows and deliverables.
  • Oversee preparation of complex tax returns.
  • Supervise tax engagements from start to finish.
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws and client satisfaction.
  • Coach and mentor junior tax staff.Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
    • CPA / EA or JD
    • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Senior Tax Accountant or Tax Manager.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
    • Excellent communication skills.
