A company is looking for an Expansion and Renewal Director to
support retention and growth in the Middle Market customer
segment.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Customer Success Managers on expansion and renewal
opportunities
Analyze customer data to identify trends and provide actionable
insights to leadership
Coach and develop team members to enhance relationship strategies
and sales skills
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
7+ years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role
Track record of exceeding quota for 3+ years
2+ years in a team lead or people leader role
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
