Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Analytics to lead and
mentor a team in analyzing marketing data for actionable
insights.
Key Responsibilities
Lead analytics initiatives across various marketing platforms and
manage multiple accounts
Develop measurement plans and present insights to internal teams
and clients
Train and mentor team members to enhance their analytics
capabilities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or Business/Marketing;
Master's degree preferred
9+ years of experience, with at least 2 years in a marketing
agency
Deep knowledge of marketing analytics and reporting
Proficient in statistical programming (R, SQL, or Python) and BI
tools (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.)
Experience with Marketing Mix Modeling and regression analysis
