Job Description:
A company is looking for a Collections Manager to oversee and
lead the day-to-day operations of collecting payments from
customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full-cycle accounts receivable process and ensure timely
collections
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to
resolve billing and payment issues
Prepare reports and monitor key metrics to improve collection
performance
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
5+ years of experience in accounts receivable/collections
In-depth knowledge of collection laws and regulations
Proficiency with standard accounting and bookkeeping software
Management experience is preferred
