Programs.
Key Responsibilities
Own and execute the global renewal strategy to maximize revenue
from existing customers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure positive customer
experiences and drive product adoption
Analyze data and trends to identify growth opportunities and
present insights to senior leadership
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience managing a team in customer success,
account management, or similar roles
Experience in managing renewal strategies to maximize annual
recurring revenue (ARR)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for
decision-making
Demonstrated leadership abilities with a proactive approach
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask
effectively
