happy.Program Manager, IT PMO DeliveryThe Program Manager is
expected to lead highly critical and complex enterprise-wide
technology programs. They will partner with business and
stakeholders to drive key initiatives and ensure business needs are
met and ensure that the projects are aligned with Bath & Body Works
strategic goals. They will establish and communicate goals and
direct team activity. Works closely with Technology leadership to
plan for upcoming projects/programs.This role is responsible for
mentoring and influencing project management practices. Aid in the
on-boarding of new employees. Regularly leads learning sessions and
driving capability uplift. Supports new employee on-boarding
planning, coordination and execution.May have direct reports with
associated expectations and responsibilities. May also be
responsible for management of contractor PM's.Role accountability
includes overall program management for portfolio of projects in
Digital, Omni, and Data & Analytics. Prefer experience managing
large Hybrid and Agile Methodology customer facing programs. Must
be comfortable working in a fast-paced highly collaborative
matrixed team environment, skilled at change
leadership.Responsibilities:Independently drives very high
complexity programs from concept through final implementation, as
well as ensures that the programs are aligned with the BBW
strategies and standardsEnsures the strategic alignment and success
of major initiatives and projects spanning multiple business units
or organizationsNegotiates with senior leadership and assigned
teams to ensure project alignment with the business unit's strategy
and objectivesDefines performance standards; provides appropriate
performance and mentoring / coaching, where applicable, to assist
project team members as well as direct reports in achieving
successCreates and implements large-scale program plans that may
involve multiple subject areas in the technology field; leads
program teams in the development and implementation of detailed
work plans, schedules, program estimates, resource plans and status
reportsDefines, leads and implements successful integration and
dependency management capability across the various requests,
projects and programsMonitors / assesses program and project
progress; drives communications, status reporting, management
reporting and executive presentationsFacilitates resolution,
mitigation and appropriate escalation of action items, scope
changes, risks and issues to senior leadershipDefines, leads and
implements successful vendor management capability across the
various projects and programsGathers and analyzes data to identify
trends that support awareness of potential issues and
inconsistencies; anticipates and identifies issues inhibiting
successful program / project deliveryIs an authority in all project
methodologies and has the knowledge to assess which methodologies
to deploy within a programUnderstands how to create and deploy an
effective governance model for large-scaled, complex
initiativesLeads and promotes culture related priorities and
execution across the PMO that is consistent within the organization
and demonstrates innovation while doing soSets annual performance
targets for direct reports and conduct performance reviewsPoint of
escalation for Program / Project / Administrative team members;
coaches less experienced team members; leads by exampleFacilitates
the on-boarding of new associates and
consultantsQualifications10-12 years of experience with 7+ years of
specialty in Project Management including exposure to Waterfall,
Iterative and Agile methodologies5+ years leading teams directly or
indirectlyAdvanced project and process management skills with
ability to effectively lead globally in an environment of ambiguity
and changeAdvanced knowledge of business, retail and technology
fundamentals through an understanding of how business processes and
technology intersectApplies critical thinking to proactively
identify / mitigate risk and minimize issue occurrence for
successful project delivery and business analysisMust possess
strong oral and written communication skills to interact with all
levels of the company as well as external parties; streamlines
partner communications; concisely presents complex
information/recommendations in terms meaningful to various
audiencesInnate curiosity and desire to learn, strong analytical
and logical thinking skillsAdvanced problem-solving skillsAbility
