Develop and implement effective growth strategies, measurement tools, and operational processes.Provide accurate reports on agency operations, and collaborate on budgeting and resource allocation.Encourage excellence and foster a positive work environment, ensuring adherence to agency policies and guidelines.Serve as Compliance Officer, ensuring adherence to internal and external protocols and licensing requirements.What You Will Need:Bachelor's degree in business or related field; MBA preferred. 5+ years of executive-level operational experience required.Experience in Community Behavioral Health preferred; Clinical Licensure (LISW or LPCC) is a MUST.Strong focus on budgeting, financial management, and corporate finance principles.Outstanding organizational, communication, and public speaking skills.Ability to perform various physical tasks and use office equipment.Equal Opportunity Employer:We are committed to diversity and inclusion.
