Job Description:
Job Summary: The Assistant Project Manager will support the
coordination and management of multiple projects. Supervisory
Responsibilities : Ability to direct work with all field employees
when necessary. Duties/Responsibilities: Works directly with the
project managers to help implement project goals. Assigns duties to
staff to implement project goals, as needed. Oversees multiple
aspects of projects and provides direct assistance to ensure timely
project execution. Reviews, approves and manages submittals. Works
with project leads to maintain project schedule and efficacy.
Reviews project implementation and gathers data on project
execution. Addresses questions, concerns, and/or complaints
throughout the project. Acts as a liaison between company,
customers, and vendors. Tracks and reports on project progress.
Performs other related duties as assigned. Required
Skills/Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication
skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent
time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong supervisory
and leadership skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate
them when appropriate. Thorough understanding of or the ability to
quickly learn about the project. Proficient with Microsoft Office
Suite or related software. Education and Experience: Electrical
experience At least three years of related experience required.
Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and
working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at
