Job Description:

A company is looking for a Director, Home Lending Operations to lead operations for its home equity product.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of managers, vendors, and associates to originate home lending
Drive change within the home lending organization to improve infrastructure, policy, and technology
Develop and monitor business, personnel, and operational metrics while reporting on performance and trends

Required Qualifications

Minimum 6 years of mortgage operations experience
6 years of mortgage product or operational leadership experience
Preferred: NMLS licensed
