Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Analytics and Insights to
lead its analytics function across marketing, sales, and
operations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive analytics strategy providing
actionable insights
Create executive-level reporting dashboards and support planning
and forecasting
Lead and mentor a team of analysts while advancing data-driven
decision-making across the organization
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or
related field; Master's degree preferred
6+ years of experience in analytics, with at least 2 years in a
leadership role
Strong background in statistical analysis, data modeling, and
visualization
Expertise in SQL, Python, R, or similar data analysis tools
Experience with business intelligence platforms and familiarity
with big data technologies
