  • EXPERIENCE REQUIRED; TRAUMA 1 EXPERIENCE IN CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL IN LAST YEAR REQUIRED
    • Job Requirements
    • Certification Requirements: ACLS, BLS, RRT, NRP (req for those placed in L&D, determined by the client, traveler can obtain once offered), Indiana State License
    • PALS preferred
    • Skillset Requirements: NICU, PICU, Vents 18 months minimum experience required, Servo I, Servo U, Hamilton G5
      • Schedule Information
      • Shift Requirements: 4x12s ONLY, will be required to work EVERY OTHER weekend, Holiday availability REQUIRED, NO RTO
        • Unit Specific Information
        • Unit Information: NICU or PICU experience required.
        • Home unit of NICU, PICU, or Peds will be assigned once at the facility but can be changed based on the need of the facility.
          • Additional Details
          • Valid Driver's License or Passport accepted. Must be a clear copy
          • Online Verification of License to include expiration date and any disciplinary actions (within 30 days before start date).
          • HIPAA Acknowledgement required
