Job Summary: We are hiring for a Full Time WEEKEND Registered Nurse. Home Health experience is preferred. Options for weekend shifts include Fri-Mon 7a-6p, Sat-Tues 7a-6p, Thur-Sun 7a-6p, and All weekend, Fri 8am-Tues 8am.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinates total plan of care with other healthcare professionals involved in care.
  
• Develops and implements the plan of care within state specific guidelines.
  
• Performs patient comprehensive assessments, develops the plan of care, and ensures patients meet home health eligibility guidelines.
  
• Provides and directs nursing care to patients in their homes as prescribed by the physician.
  
  Requirements:
  
  • Current RN licensure in state of practice.
    
  • Current CPR certification required.
    
  • Current Drivers License, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
