Our Day Treatment Center mimics the look and feel of daycare or early learning center. We provide high staff-to-child ratio, helping children learn emotional and social skills to get them back on track. You became a mental health clinician to make a difference in other people's lives, not to manage books, insurance contracts, credentialing, facilities upkeep, and all the other details that come with running a business.Our private practice offers autonomy and independence while maintaining a sense of community, and our Mindfully Academy provides training opportunities in different modalities and specializations, such as DBT, EMDR, child/Adolescent, SUD, Couples/IFS/Emotion Focused/Gottman and much more.We offer the following benefits:Attractive compensation options for 1099 contractors to work on your own, without all the hassleFull access to our training center with ample opportunities to train, grow, and learn, as well as paid CEUsFlexible schedulesTenure stipendEmpowerment to select what insurances you want to be onRegular peer-to-peer case consultation meetings offer supportBack-office support and large built-in network of clinicians to expand your knowledge, get a quick consult, or just have peace of mind that you have the support you needA greater sense of fulfillment in how you practice, more control over your work/life balance, and stronger results for your clientsEssential Duties:Provides appropriate mental health therapy modalities, and in-site therapy services to families and children with higher levels of for Positive Leaps' programs.Implements the Therapeutic Process of assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, implementation of the treatment plan, and on-going evaluation of the treatment plan to stabilize mental health symptoms, and to maximize client skill acquisition and sustained improvements in the functioning of the consumer.Implements a prescribed, research-based therapeutic model with fidelity to the model, in order to achieve excellent outcomes.Provides case management services.Provides crisis intervention services during or after regular business hours if the need arises.Creates an environment of enthusiasm and commitment.Performs other duties as assigned.Requirements:Masters degree or Doctorate degree in psychology, counseling, clinical social work or other related field.Must possess mental health credentials and licensure required by the state of Ohio (LSW, LPC or LSW, LMHC. LPCC, LPCC-S, LISW, LISW-S).Flu vaccination (unless a valid religious or medical exemption is documented).COVID-19 vaccinations preferred but not required.CPR/First Aid Certification within 3 weeks of start date.Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.Ability to work in physically active environment, run, and lift up to 50 lbs.Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings where required.Ability to complete assigned tasks within assigned work hours.Compensation:$35-$47 per hour depending on license and caseload.Tenure StipendAssure Health is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
