• Certification Details
• ACLS required for all RNs except L&D.
• BLS required for all clinical positions.
• PALS required for specific departments.
• NRP required for L&D, Post-Partum, Nursery, Neonatal units.
• TNCC required for the Emergency Department.
• EFM required for L&D.
• State License 1 verification.
• NURSYS Verification.
  • Job Details
  • 2 OR RNs are needed for the Operating Room at Miami Valley Hospital.
  • Must be able to scrub.
  • Minimum 2 years experience is required.
  • Premier uses da Vinci robotics.
  • Looking for RN that can scrub for neuro, eyes, or trauma.
    • Job Requirements
    • Must be able to pass an online EKG tele competency assessment prior to starting assignment.
    • Some level 2 or 1 experience is required.
      • Schedule Information
      • Call requirements is 4 call shifts every 4 weeks every 4th weekend Saturday and Sunday.
      • 28 OR suites total.
        • Additional Details
        • I9 required per contract.
        • Subcontractors - I-9 and E-Verify Attestation Form is required.
        • Government Issued Photo ID is required.
        • Everify required per contract.
        • Proof of Name Change required if the candidate has a different name on their documents.
