About the Surgical Technologist Role:We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team at OhioHealth. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of surgical procedures. Your expertise will be invaluable in preparing the room, gathering supplies, and delivering instruments to the surgeon and other members of the surgical team.Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare the room and gather supplies needed for surgical procedures
• Deliver instruments to the surgeon and other members of the surgical team intraoperatively
• Assist in the proper decontamination of the room, supplies, and instruments postoperativelyRequirements:
  • High School or GED (Required)
  • BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association
  • Graduate of an accredited surgical technologist school or equivalent military training, or 10+ years' experience as a Surgical TechWork Environment:Surgery Main is a fast-paced and dynamic environment that requires attention to detail and exceptional communication skills.
