Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Produce Associate Team Leader to join our team at Whole Foods Market. As a key member of our produce department, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of produce team members, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Develop and maintain a positive and productive team environment, providing guidance and support to team members to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality product presentation.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer needs and questions, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain advanced product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products and trends, and providing expert advice to customers.
• Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stocking produce products.
• Store Operations: Participate in store operations, including opening and closing procedures, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.Requirements
  • Experience: 18+ months retail team member experience and 6+ months of supervisory experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency with email and Microsoft Office.
