Jabil is seeking Server & Rack Assembly Trainers to work in the Florence, KY location. -How will you make an impact? -The Inventory Control Trainer will conduct established training programs in the manufacturing or engineering processes.

• Shifts Needed are 2nd Shift.
• Hourly pay ranges from $20.50-$22.50 depending on experience.
• Shift Differential for 2nd shifts and Evening/Weekend Shifts
• $500 Sign-On Bonus offered for external non-Jabil employees only.What will you do?
  • Monitors training effectiveness via established evaluation techniques.
  • Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
  • May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.How will you get here? -Education: -
    • High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred.Experience: -
      • At least 1 year of experience Training in a Manufacturing environment.
      • Manufacturing experience is strongly preferred. -
      • Experience working with components, building computers or other electronic devices.
      • Mechanical experience is required.
      • Experience with PCB's and PCBA's strongly preferred.
      • Linux is a plus.Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: -
        • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
        • Experience maintaining documentation.
        • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office and other computer applications. -
