Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Sales Trainer to enhance the
performance of their sales and support organization.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver comprehensive training content for sales and
support teams
Analyze training effectiveness and recommend improvements based on
performance data
Facilitate ongoing skill sessions and mentor trainers to ensure
consistent training standards
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in sales and customer support training
3+ years of experience in a sales and customer support role
Experience with eLearning tools and blended learning
environments
Proven ability to build relationships and influence others
Salesforce experience is a plus
