Job Description:

Role: We are seeking a 2 Help Desk Support Technicians for a 6 month opportunity located in Columbus OH with the home base being Easton. Need people to perform OVER THE PHONE TROUBLESHOOTING! THIS IS NOT HANDS ON! These opportunities are all in the general hours range of 8AM-5PM Monday-Friday. This is a position that we are looking for Help Desk Technicians to help with an overwhelming amount of hardware and software support demand from our customer. The people chosen must have a great background in Windows XP/7 and heavy troubleshooting of computer related hardware (Desktops and Laptops). The bigger item that is needed are people that have a background pushing images through imaging software such as SCCM and Ghost. Imaging is a must!

- Hardware support of Desktops and Laptops

- Software Support in a Windows XP/Windows 7 environment

- Solid Windows 7 migration experience

- Heavy imaging of PC’s

- Travel to different locations in and around Columbus providing imaging in Windows XP and hardware support on desktops and laptops

Qualifications:

-

Must pass a drug and criminal background check before starting

-

2-3+ years experience working in the IT Field

-

Solid over the phone troubleshooting background

-

Must have some SCCM as it pertains to Windows 7 Packaging NOT AN IMAGER just general.

Solid background software troubleshooting in a Windows environment (XP/7)

-

Solid background hardware troubleshooting with Desktops and Laptops

-

Must have imaging on Windows XP & Windows 7 specifically

-

Solid MS Office Suite background

-

Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
