Job Description:
A company is looking for an Assistant General Counsel,
Litigation to join their legal team remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of complex litigation, including commercial,
securities, and class action cases
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external counsel on
litigation strategy and risk management
Conduct internal investigations and advise on pre-litigation
disputes to mitigate potential risks
Required Qualifications
15+ years of relevant legal experience
Proven track record in managing and resolving complex
litigation
Strong business acumen with the ability to align legal risks with
business goals
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active membership in good standing with a state bar
