Develop real, meaningful relationships with the individuals you
serve

Transport/driving participants out into the community for
appointments, work, school and other community activities
Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting,
exercise, and nutrition

Qualifications For Our Caregiver:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct
care, or care coordination preferred
Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
Vehicle: Must have a valid driver's license and have been legally
authorized to drive without restriction for at least 1 year
post-learner's permit and -access to a registered vehicle with
proof of insurance. -
