Job Description:
A company is looking for a UX Designer II to develop
user-friendly software for logistics businesses.
Key Responsibilities
Simplify complex workflows into intuitive product experiences and
collaborate with cross-functional teams
Conduct usability testing and contribute to the design system while
improving internal design processes
Lead research and planning for new products and features, providing
guidance for user interface implementation
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in interaction, visual, user interface, and
user experience design
Experience leading projects from a user experience perspective
Proficient in designing and prototyping with Figma
Passionate advocate for end product users with a focus on customer
value and business impact
Self-motivated and open-minded with a desire to collaborate and
learn
