Job Description:
A company is looking for a Platform Data Specialist to support
the Public Sector team in analyzing cyber risks.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze social media networks for customer-related risks
Generate and triage alerts within the ZeroFox platform based on
established workflows
Identify and report new trends and patterns of behavior to internal
stakeholders
Required Qualifications
US-based personnel per customer contract language
Preferred experience in DOD and/or Federal Civilian sectors
Knowledge of major social networks and emerging networks
Experience with SaaS, cybersecurity, or social media products or
services preferred
Experience in Customer Success
