After-school Support: Providing assistance to students after school hours. Assisting with various academic and extracurricular activities. Creating a safe and conducive environment for learning. Encouraging student engagement and participation. Collaborating with staff to address individual student needs. Monitoring student behavior and maintaining a positive atmosphere. Supporting students in developing important skills and promoting growth. Demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Being knowledgeable of school policies and procedures. Being passionate about student success and fostering a love for learning. Qualifications
