Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill multiple Production -Assembly jobs in Cincinnati, OH. This is a long term temporary opportunity. You will be responsible for measuring and cutting materials in addition to assembling these pieces in a certain pattern. Apply Now if you meet the qualifications listed below!

Responsibilities for this Production - Assembly job include:

• Hand preparation of raw materials - measure and cut a variety of materials using hand tools and cutting boards (typically very precise dimensions)

• Assembly of prototype products and components - involves tedious sequential layering of precut materials and components onto a product pattern within very precise dimensional specifications and hand trimming the perimeter

• Hand modification of plant produces and purchased products – involves delicate hand disassembly or alteration of pre-made products, and subsequent hand reassembly using new materials or components

• Operating individual pieces of equipment as needed based on the project – specific training on each piece of equipment will be provided

• Manual inspection, packaging, and labeling of prototype products - involves careful inspection of products for defects; sorting, counting, and collating

Qualifications:

• EYE FOR DETAIL – these prototype products will be used in upcoming research studies and must pass quality audits before use

• ACCOUNTABILITY – each person needs to be accountable for their work and end results

• SELF-STARTER – everyone will be provided with training on a specific project but after the training period, you will need to work independently and efficiently

• FOLLOW DIRECTIONS – all of the project details will be provided in written format and must be followed step by step for quality results

• REPETITION - you will be performing a repetitive task until the number of prototypes are complete (could be thousands depending the project)

• FLEXIBILITY – May be asked to complete pack out tasks such as weighing products and labeling as needed
