Job Description:
A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Lead to manage client
processes and assist staff in resolving issues.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee claims follow-up efforts and monitor high-risk accounts
Train new associates on procedures and provide ongoing training as
needed
Develop and monitor key indicators to ensure compliance with
organizational goals
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum of 2 years related work experience or general office
experience
Understanding of Adventist processes, procedures, and systems
preferred
1-2 years supervisory experience preferred
Computer proficiency is required
