Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Buyer, Sourcing Operations, IT
Purchasing.
Key Responsibilities
Negotiate and administer supplier contracts, ensuring cost savings
and compliance
Collaborate with stakeholders to meet procurement requirements and
support team activities
Assist in training and development of team members while reviewing
their work
Required Qualifications
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience with 8+ years of relevant
experience, or a Master's with 6+ years
Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense
Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFAR)
Experience with various contract types and government contracts
preferred
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple
priorities
CostPoint experience preferred
