Job Description:
GENERAL FUNCTION: Assists in developing
learning solutions that address client (LOB or Staff) performance
needs. Primary learning consultant for business client functions
where scope, scale and complexity is moderate.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
. Works closely with LOB HC Business partners and group leaders to
identify learning project needs.
. Gains background information on project to determine if a
learning solution is necessary. Develops and implements a
measurement plan for assigned learning projects.
. Follows all relevant Analysis, Design, Development, Implement,
and Evaluate (ADDIE) processes and procedures.
. Conducts analysis of learning requests. Determines gaps in
performance relative to assigned project and recommends solutions
to address gaps. Completes analysis of impacted audience throughout
LOB(s), identifies constraints and works to address gaps. Creates
business requirements for learning projects and gains LOB
approval.
. Collaborates with Design & Development and Learning
Implementation to ensure teams are fully engaged in ADDIE projects;
provide relevant information and support to teams to ensure shared
project outcomes are met.
. Partners closely with the Implementation and ID&D teams;
provides support to achieve shared goals.
. Collaborates across EL team and HC organization to ensure project
objectives are met. Work with project stakeholders to create and
manage project plans for projects that are small to moderate in
complexity. Responsible to ensure assigned items arecompleted on
time.
. Prepares summary of Level 1, 2 & 3 (if applicable) evaluations to
measure the quality/effectiveness of learning
solutions.
. Collaborate with other HC Partners (HCBPs, Talent Acquisition,
Employee Relations) as necessary.
. Collaborates with HC Business Partners and HC Design team to
develop curricula in support of competencies for positions within
their LOB. Provide LOB reporting on completions of key courses,
such as leadership paths or for pivotal roles.
. Provide consulting to HCBPs, LOB leaders, etc. regarding
leadership curricula and other tools and resources (OPAL, LMS,
etc.)
