Job Description:

GENERAL FUNCTION:

Develop and implement strategic sales communications and distribution initiatives for FTIS. Responsible for collateral development, updates and copywriting to support the sales and relationship management organization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Proactively provides content updates to existing sales materials.

*Write copy for sales materials including prospecting letters and emails, brochures, and presentations.

*Maintain database repository for sales tools and information ensuring links and content are current and up to date.

*Responsible for creating and distributing internal partner sales communications.

*Referral recognition management including creation and distribution of Win Announcements.

*Management and distribution of competitive intelligence database information.

*Generate prospect information for sales team using tools such as Money Market Directory and Larkspur.

*Coordinate quarterly Win / Loss survey.

*May work with other divisions and lines of business within the Bank to increase cross-sell and customer relationships.

*Responsible for maintaining sales tool databases, writing, and/or proofreading various forms of sales collateral to support new client acquisition and retention.

*Assist in the execution of sales programs

*Manage client events including coordination, promotion, RSVP tracking and event budget management.

*Performs any other duties as assigned.
