Job Description:

GENERAL FUNCTION: Processing of Fifth Third Bancorp Direct Deposit Accounts, Bankcard, and other mailings on a daily basis. Will demonstrate a complete and thorough understanding of the operation of all insertion machines. Will perform Work FlowCoordinator duties when necessary.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

GÇóMaintain and trouble shoot for all insertion equipment.

GÇóAssist in maintaining the Statement Processing department ensuring it is tour ready at all times.

GÇóAssist in the training of new machine operators.

GÇóMaintain an average work performance of 3500p/h after 90-day training period.

GÇóZero Quality Issues.

GÇóComplete all statement work-orders on a daily basis.

GÇóCommunicate machine issues as needed to workflow coordinator or management.

GÇóPrioritize and assign work to the statement processing operators in the absence of workflow coordinator.

GÇóPerform quality checks for the department when necessary.

GÇóBasic knowledge of the USPS postage system.

GÇóOversee the completions of work-orders and logs when necessary.

GÇóPerform additional duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None.
