Job Description:
As a Project Executive, you will play a pivotal role in
overseeing the successful execution of vertical build projects from
inception to completion. You will be responsible for managing
project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring adherence
to quality standards and client requirements. This role demands
strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of
the construction processes. Client Details This Large to mid-size
General Contractor started as a family owned GC and has had its
roots in the Columbus market for roughly 100 years. They operate in
multiple verticals with an expertise in Multifmaily, K-12
education, Light Industrial, and Higher education with a growing
diverse commercial/reatil divsion. They provide an environment that

fulfilling career. Description Overseeing and directing projects
from start to finish Directs and supervises work of project
administration staff and construction engineers, as well as works
in partnership with project superintendents to establish
operational priorities Responsible for forecasting,
tracking/reporting project costs/revenue and adherence to project
estimates Responsible for problem resolution involving labor
disputes, staffing, construction materials, construction equipment
and contracts/subcontracts administration Assist with
pre-qualification process for bidders, develop and solicit
responses to RFP's/RFQ's, assist the owner in selecting the
appropriate project delivery method Coordinates with construction
Safety Manager to ensure that projects are completed in accordance
with established safety goals Assit with interview process and
onboarding of new and potential employees Develop strong
relationships with Superintendents, Subcontractors, and Assistant
Project Managers Maintain appropriate documentation through project
such as RFI logs and change orders Profile 15 years of experience
in Construction Project Management or as a Project Executive
Working knowledge of skilled trades including carpentry, masonry,
concrete work, site excavation and grading, plumbing, fire
protection, HVAC, and electrical Have experience in multiple fields
of construction Experience working on projects over $25 Million
Working knowledge of construction technology and details Candidate
must be extremely proficient reviewing and understanding all
construction documents including specifications and drawings Bring
Business Development Opportunities to the team Strong communication
skills Detail oriented Good time management skills Experience
leading a team of Project Managers and field staff at all levels
Job Offer Competitive base salary starting at $165,00- $185,000
