Position Summary The Human Capital Offering Portfolio focuses on
helping organizations manage and sustain their performance through

their strategy and align it with their executive business vision

critical transformations? As a member of our Organization
Transformation practice, you will use state-of-the-art tools,
technology, and software to advise on and deliver customized
strategic change management programs that encompass technology
implementations, M&A, business process redesign, culture
changes, strategic shifts, or workforce transformations for
industry-leading clients.Work you'll doAs an Organization Design
Senior Consultant, you will use a combination of our global
methodology and advanced analytical tools to design and deliver
organization strategy solutions to our clients by: -Developing and
implementing organization strategies that support improved client
future-state organizational design and service deliveryPrepare
organization design alternatives, testing them against design
criteria, and aligning leadership groups around design selection
and implementationApply analytic and visualization tools to assess
the impact of varying organization design and decision
solutionsSupport the process of identifying, assigning, and
implementing decision making authority and responsibility to both
individuals (decision rights) and groups (governance)Prepare
workforce transition plans and programs, including strategies to
transition talent at all levelsDesign jobs and roles, create
competency models and career paths to aid in the selection and
transition of employeesServe as a trusted advisor to clients
through the organization design processContribute to practice
development initiatives including culture building, internal
community involvement, eminence, recruiting, whitepapers,
etc.Support business development efforts, including Statements of
Work (SOW), proposal development, client presentations, etc.Act in
a mentoring capacity to support the career development of OT
colleaguesWork with large HRIS or other data sets to identify
opportunities to reshape an organization or to inform leader
decision makingAbility to lead client interviews to better
understand strategic priorities, organization capabilities, and
structureRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree3-5 years of
experience in communications roleMinimum four (4) years of relevant
experience in a consulting or industry roleMinimum two (2) years of
experience leading a project workstream or relevant
engagementsAbility to travel 0-50%, on average, based on the work
you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.Limited

Qualifications:Proven experience in a consulting and/or
client-facing environmentAdvanced degree and/or MBA in related
specializationDesire and eagerness to mentor and assist in the
professional development of junior staff membersExposure to
business development in related specialty areas (i.e., proposal
development, sales, etc.)Ability to succeed in team-based or
independent environmentsWell-organized with the ability to handle
several projects/clients simultaneouslyStrong oral and written

the wide range of factors that are considered in making
compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets;
experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other
business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has
not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential
associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or
near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions
are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A
reasonable estimate of the current range is $137,700 to
$229,500.You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary
annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the
program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors,
including, without limitation, individual and organizational
