If you've got experience in vehicle wrapping, billboard installation, wallpapering, or vinyl graphics, that's a bonus! Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills? Even better.Job DescriptionThis position will operate within our production team and will be responsible for the finish details of the production related to anything that requires vinyl or signage work.-- The ideal candidate for this position is an honest, reliable, and hardworking team player who loves to learn, is detail-oriented, and enjoys working with their hands.Duties & Responsibilities:Running large format vinyl printers and plottersOccasional travel to apply graphics on site--Adjusting computer designs to work for the print department needsWeeding and pre-masking vinyl graphicsInstall vinyl graphics on various surfaces (wood, plastics, metals, etc)Cutting material either by hand or plotting devices to create vinyl and other materials in certain shapes or patterns to be incorporated for specific signage or design applicationClean and maintain the work areaPhysical ability to efficiently operate all hand tools used in the department such as cutters, laminators, knives, drills, straight edge, and squeegeesAbility to meet deadlines in a high-volume work environmentAssist in producing signage that follows brand guidelines, which includes using computer programs and printing designs/logos on vinyl by use of specialized sign equipmentWork with outside vendors and/or technicians responsible for providing equipment and/or supplies for all areas of related workQualification Requirements:High school diploma or equivalentTeam playerHighly detailed and perfection-drivenAbility to effectively communicate with co-workers and others as necessaryAbility to read and follow detailed instructionsAbility to work alone with minimum supervision and with others in a team environmentStanding for long periods of timeCrouching, kneeling, bending, lifting and reachingClose vision, color, peripheral, depth perception, and the ability to focusFinger dexterityHandling, grasping, and operating tools and equipmentAbility to lift up to 75+ pounds safely in a team lift situationExperience with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop a plus Relatable Job ExperienceVehicle wrappingBillboard installationWallpaperingVinyl graphic applicationPay and Benefits:Full-Time or Part-Time, Exempt or Non-Exempt (40 hours plus overtime available)6:30 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday - FridayMedical, dental, vision, life, ancillary, & pet insurance coverage opportunities availableFinancial wellness program available--Employee Assistance Program (EAP)401K opportunities available (Standard Safe Harbor Match)Employee Discount ProgramGenerous PTO PlanParental time for the birth or adoption of a childSeveral paid holidays (for full-time employees)Paid Volunteer Time Off to serve at a 501(c)3 charitable organization on behalf of the companyOnsite fitness facilityDigital lending library for personal and career developmentSalary:--$18.50 - $22-- per--hour--based on experience*This is an onsite position located at our facility on the southwest side of Indianapolis, IN near I-465 & Sam Jones Expressway.Equal Opportunity EmployerCreative Works is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
