We're searching for an ambitious, professional real estate sales buyer's agent for an exciting opportunity with our team. We are open to part-time or full-time agent options. Having an Ohio real estate license is a must.



Primary responsibility is to be part of our Agent Services Group as a Showing Agent, who is paid $40/hr to show homes for other full-time agents. Flexibility in your schedule is a must. If you are looking to expand your career as an agent this will provide some income and expose you to a variety of real estate markets.



At the same time, you can grow your own book of business by generating leads, working with prospective homebuyers, and continuously following up to close the deal. Applicants should be experienced, driven sales professionals who want to take the next step in their careers. Apply now!

Responsibilities:

--- Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market
--- Seek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget
--- Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience
--- Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller to achieve desired results
--- Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads
--- ---Be available as a Showing Agent for our team of agents

Qualifications:

--- Must have a valid Real Estate License
--- Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success
--- Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
--- Familiarity with the area real estate market conditions and current real estate trends
--- Possess a valid U.S. driver's license and can travel by car
